Applicable Workpiece Materials
  1. PCD / CVDD Polycrystalline Diamond
    PCD is sintered diamond powder bonded on tungsten carbide substrate, available in various shapes and sizes. CVDD owns better heat resistance and chemical stability, capable of ultra-fine smooth surface finishing.
  2. PCBN Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride
    PCBN hardness is second only to diamond, maintaining stable chemical property under temperature over 1000℃, widely used for hard alloy cutting tools.
  3. Single Crystal Diamond
    Divided into natural & synthetic single crystal diamond. Natural type has maximum hardness HV8000~12000, providing higher precision and superior surface roughness for high-end cutter manufacturing.
